bought vps.. but site speed slow

hello today i bough vps its centos installed port speed is 1gbps..

but when i open site its open slow..

server load is 0.80-1.0 last

actully i bought vps was unmannaged so i just install mysql and php there so if is theer settings for optimizing or good pinging plz let me know thanks..

They could be overselling the node.
