Bought a Vps Hosting for RL

I bought a Vps for rl.. rar and unrar working great.
download speed good

The problem is Uploading .. it really slows giving 30kbps

what is wrong...

i was using SHARED hosting and the Upload speed was Hell Faster.
on Vps .... it slow like a TURTLE :'(

Someone can Guide.

Where did you buy it from?
Where are you trying to upload?

It could be many things, Location, Port speed, Drivers

I mean really it could be a million things. We need a little more info

Server in Germany is good only for Rapidshare, Netload, x7..
Server in USA is good only for Hotfile, Megaupload and Uploading.com

If you bought a server in Germany to upload to hotfile, you failed hard :P

bought vps from ultratechhost ..

they don't even issue refund..

check the upload speed
