Bitshare: Cancel Subscription?

I went to the offcial file host thread and couldn't find one for Bitshare. I hope someone can help or give some advice.

I have tried cancelling my subscription for the last 2 months. I have send them about numerous e-mails with no response. I used my credit card for purchase as there was no other option for me. I called the credit card company and they told me that Bitshare is the only one that can cancel it. The only option I have is to change my credit card number. This isn't the option I want to follow but have no idea what to do.

It's funny that Bitshare says they'll respond in 24-48 hours. They probably meant 4-8 years.

Can someone please advise me what to do?

You have to choose any other payment method for that. It's not possible to buy premium without subscription at BitShare at the moment paying by CC.

I have contacted firstdata. They were helpful at first but never heard back from them. They also tried contacting bitshare but didn't get a response. I left a message on facebook but nothing. I am really getting tired of Bitshare. I sent them more messages through their webform. Guess they will ignore it.

My credit card company said the only way now is to get a new credit card number. Now I have to go through that inconvenience. I will never advise people to get a Bitshare account. This is the first time I had a problem with a filehost. They should stop this subscription crap.
