Yes of course, just make sure you choose "porn" as your niche when you create your campaign. You will find this settings just below the destination URL of your campaign when you set up.

You can choose any ad format that you want but this thread discussion is Direct Ads - so if you are interested in that - choose Direct Ads. Start the creation process and you will see later you can choose "porn"
