Best hosts with html5 players

Hello,

I look for a streaming web host with html5 player.
Who does not delete videos after x days / views .
And that encodes video in mp4 / flv format.

A web host that provides access to the video with the .mp4 file format ( because I use a wordpress theme with html5 player integrate )
example: http: //blablabla.bla/directory/nameofmovie.mp4

I mainly use openload but they remove my videos for dmca : /
