There's lots of tools out there, that come and go. You should really think do you want useless plugins that will put a stress on your server, each time getting article, or outside tool.

Or for free try wpomatic but that stops sometimes

you can either use WP-O-Matic which is free but fairly limited or WP-Robot which is paid but so far the best I used.
