The OTcommerce project is an open source eCommerce backend with a REST API.
The platform provides the API and admin panel, while the frontend can be built separately.

Supports:

• management of products, categories, orders, and users
• roles and access control
• multilingual and multi-currency support
• JSON responses suitable for SPAs, mobile apps, and external integrations
• integration with external marketplaces (Taobao, 1688, AliExpress, Alibaba, and others)

Can be used as a foundation for a custom eCommerce project (B2B/B2C) with the ability to automatically import products from Chinese marketplaces.

I dont see any Opensource part.. Everything has a price..not cheap. Infact I am looking for this kind of service right now. Its interesting but needs more research

The OT Box is open source, but the API, of course, costs money.
