since "2013-02-17" I reached the minimum payout but they didn't pay, I think they are scam.
Update:
In 2013-05-13 I got replay from site admin with this message "we have some delay to get money from billing. Today we get money to our bank acc and you get payment on 16 May" and they paid to me.
