I've been with them before and they were great. I signed up again and I've been struggling to get decent upload speeds. I've been told it's my torrents but it isn't and they've stopped replying to my tickets. I see their thread is locked but without explanation. Is anyone else having similar problems?

Here I am. Well Toilet Sniffer your ticket has been answered now. I know it was delayed but it is answered now.

viruz99 you are free to open a ticket any time or if you do want to get moved then you may request the same. We are always ready to help you.

We got our threads closed due to the new rules and we are working on getting one open as soon as possible.

I already told above, if you do have any issues please open a ticket regarding the same and we will provide the best alternative or fix the issue.
 
This isn't the support forum for BuyWindowsVps, use the support system and I'm sure they'll do their best to help you fix any issues you're having.
