Any advice where I can buy a decent RDP or sBorg with non over-packed users?

Well wassup guys, finally back to WJunction!
Eh winter break is coming again and I kinda wanna start uploading for fun. Any advice on where to buy a decent RDP with non over-packed users from? Same with sBorg. I'm still deciding between the two and I'm not quite sure which one to use at the moment. Any tips or suggestions?

Btw with sBorg torrents, does it still seed the torrents?

depends on what location you are looking for. i already tested 3 RDP providers here in WJ.

also, i prefer RDP over sBorg.
