I hv started a blog 3 days ago. Need some tips abt on site seo n reviews on it. My blog is linked in my signature.

I see that u using blogger. I think, that is better option Wordpress blog.
I start blog too. 2 days ago, and I have no skill for SEO or backlining my site.
 
it just takes some time to get hands-on with wordpress. once you are used to it , its the best package for blogging sites.
 
Well, if you aren't going to change to WordPress and use plugins like All In One SEO Pack / SEOPressor, then I would recommend just buying high-quality backlinks for your blogger site.
 
I dont realy like blogger but for you some tips

Use meta tags for keywords and description

Then, place it in between the <head> ..... </head> section near the top part of your template XML code. It's best to put it just below the <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title> code.

and for all pages

use like code

<meta expr:content='data:blog.pageName + data:blog.title + data:blog.pageName' name='Description'/>

this will add Dynamic Meta Description for each of your page instead off all the same
