Adult Verification On Home Page Help

Hey guys just as the title states, I been interested in making a POP UP type verification where the visitor has to either agree to enter the site consenting that he/she is of age or disagree to enter and only has to do it once as long as the cookie is still in their temp folder.

I know i can just create a index file and then redirect to the site with just a simple button but I want something that is on the home page itself.

i think its done through javascript no ? or jquery... I don't understand much javascript.

if someone can post a javascript for such a form to be downloaded id be most grateful!

heres an example site on the homepage how you must press enter to continue and there is no redirecting. the pop up just goes away.

oh btw i also tried saving the site with .js files and scripts to see if i can get it to work but the pop up never goes away

You should use something like needverification?urlback=/your/url with a yes/no and keep it on a cookie, no ?

You need to keep the user's choice with a simple cookie with choice=yes for example, and redirect to the backlink page.
