Hi people my rapidshare account containing 400GB files
210K Free points and 100K Premium Points was locked by rapidshare today for a reason known only to them ...:(

Fraud detected, Account XXXXXX: This Account has been locked by our Abuse-Team.
I created that account from my very own collector account that got blocked too...that had 0 files :unsure:

I have emailed them already..does anybody know a possible solution to this?...I have seen a lot of people getting this message by rapidshare..was anybody of you able to get around with that ? :)

I lost 500$ because 100+ accounts were locked :(

I had to stop buying accounts for once & all.

RS is sucking more with every passing day.

P.S.

If I say tht people will start using HF & all sm1 will say that warez is all about sharing so dont b greedy & use RS. Well tbh I am sure 99% who refuse to accept, actually they r in warez coz it pays in a way. Who has got 12 hours a day to waste just to share?? Keep hand on ur heart & ask same question to ur self. U knw u r lying. Accept it or not 95% atleast wants to make money out of it. RS will die if they keep on doing these things. *sigh*

Nope..I usually prefer selling the accounts rather than requesting a payoff ;)

My account was locked, but only because they "detected" multiple IP's being used by me and a couple of people I share it with. I don't know about the abuse thing.

I emailed them back and bitched about their service. Cursed them out, told them I paid for this service, and now I am taking my business elsewhere, and that I will inform all my other webmaster colleagues to never use their services again. I also told them I will be using MegaUpload as my primary file host, and will inform other webmasters to do si.

24 hours later my account was unbanned <_<

I have emailed them already and if they mentioned about the multiple IPs than i think it would be easy getting the account back..But if they pointed towards my 400GB warez files (all softwares for MAC & WINDOWS + some movies)... :(

But its a long time that i have downloaded from it...I just liked watching the points grow big...

warezfreak09 has already made that point clear :P
 
Get in contact and explain the situation.
RapidShare depends on people like you. If they don't allow it anymore, everybody will move to HotFile and they know it. So whether they like it or not, they'll give you your account back.
