So I talked to the "Wordpress support gurus" and they can't seem to help, so I decided to take the problem to the real geniuses, the guys on ***:)

Anyway, bought a domain on Namecheap, bought the baby plan on scorpiohost, and i did not use Fantastico deluxe to install wordpress on my site.

It said it installed correctly, and the next step was to go to mydomain(dot)com/wp-admin

I did that and the following error showed up:

Written form (if you can't see the picture):

I installed in the root directory, and I know that I am trying to access the right file. Whats going on?

I would help, but it appears your using IIS, and frankly you shouldn't use it unless ur life depends on it.

Grab a linux distro and try again. Thats my recommendation.

Check namecheap and make sure
1. DNS are set to your new host dns adresses
2. you still do not have the website parked on namecheap

Hope that helps.

try to ask on the wordpress.org site. ;) they should know it.

EDIT: looks like the path is invalid, i don't think that your physical path is: c:\websites\park your domain\cmsweb\wp-admin
