Ruriko no they are Linux vps but you can virtualise linux RDA or windows on them using vmware
We also have windows 1 GBit RDA available
 
i want to order but first i would like to know if i can install nulled whm and cpanel.

Btw, since these are VPS, i'm assuming you would be allowed to install VNC/filezilla?

Lolz there is nothing like nulled WHM/Cpanel but still if you find something you can use (y)
Anyways free kloxo is better than cpanel

Anyway, just a few more questions before I ask for a refund from the other company:

We will get root access right? And what operating systems will be offered/installed?

The max speed will be 125 MBps

Clients depend on which plan they take as server is 12 GB RAM xeon

But still like 6 clients on server or 7

RS speeds will be max and HF speeds will be like 5-6MBps, Dont have any idea abut FS but shud be around same as HF and 5MBps downloads

Upload speed to FS/HF are above 50MBps

BTW Its nt server fault for 5MBps or 7 MBps download speed but its kinda RL as it supports only 10-13MBps avg speed max
