Yo thanks means a lot. You can try like i said it will be one hell of an experiment. You also need to consider that most of the folks would need to be "re-educated" on how to use mastadon. Its somewhat similar to discourse/nodebb/flarum for piracy. Those forum software are a beauty but needs time.

It's a nice Flaram theme, i really like the way flaram is being headed. But isn't flarum required to be hosted on a vps minimum? Similar to discourse and Nodebb.

MyBB is a good place to start, you could choose any demo theme on their theme-list and edit it or make one shouldn't take much time. Please note 90 % of MyBB themes are not optimized for mobiles. In general, MyBB is not optimized for Mobile but it does work okayish!
