I requested a payout but realized there's a little more balance in my account I want to add. Since the request doesn't process until the first of next month, can I click "decline payment" and make a new one? Or will it charge me a processing fee twice?

I'm trying to figure out if I want to go PPS or PPD. In order for a sale to register, does the customer have to go through my affiliate link? Or can they go through any of my uploaded links and buy a premium acct that way?
