Thanks for your reply. If I rent a dedicated server with provider A, they have no change to look at my files. I am afraid that if they receive a dmca of one of my link (html page not the file itself) and they will just act on the fact that I host my homepage on their network.

Assuming I am a classic file sharing provider and I host my homepage filelocker dot com at provider Provider-A. However, all my files are located at different servers from different providers, for example server-foo.filelocker.com hosted at Provider-B (offshore) server-bar.filelocker.com...

I know the rule is there for a very good reason: to block spammers. But for legitimate user, especially new comers, the probation is just not working. I've posted 6 posts and my account ws registered one week ago, but the system still not let me out of probation :facepalm:
