My own personal findings..... yes the person can download as many files as he/she want........ without anysend downloader will have to wait 30 seconds everytime before downloading.................. as for count? to the uploader? none occasionally 1 or 2 but even when the download originates from...

You'd be extremely lucky if it count at all and even luckyer if it counts 1......... it'd be a great service even if it payd lower rates but counted the downloads like all other major do, but as it is at the moment is just a waste of time and space but don't take my word for it at all...

Just a bunch of jokers...............have a hundred downloads done for you to have counted 1 or if you lucky every now and then two....and whats more intriguing is the fact that when they do count 2 from the same person and location o, one is counted as 0003 the other one to keep you interested...
