paypal recommended to get the refund before closing the claims, as i already told you. i dont mind letting them forcefully take the money back from you guys. well after trying to work with them and almost agreeing to a partial refund they decided not to do it. I would not recommend these guys. I also know another person who uses them, he is currently experiencing downtime on his VPS
