That's because we don't have rebills or we have only very small fraction of them. Each customer have only 3 days to extend premium membership. After that time rebills for that customer are gone forever. Similar situation to Filesonic: after few months most users are just extending premium...

Unfuckingbelieveable. I was joking. How can you expect sales, if you have mirrors for free users with 30-100MB/s download speed (putlocker). Who needs premium in such case? But yep, cry here or maybe send account ID to Till, so he'll take a closer look into this matter.

Maybe you should add more mirrors for free users like zippyshare and new mega? It will boost your sales at 100%, current hugefiles and putlocker are apparently not enough. (google for this noob if you don't get my point)
