want to start a blog network and every blog has its subdomain . for example : iphone.mesh.cc would be a blog which a blogger can write in it but i want to know if i can use it in better way ;)

my English is not bad but i moved in republic of Georgia and in here people cant speak English and they just can speak Russian and Georgian . so you strongly suggest me to fond a real work and not an online job ? i will try to find but do you have any alternative solution ?
