Their support doesn't exist and no wonder they have Avangate holdings problems. How do we contact extabit?? They don't respond. Has anyone had any luck or a good contact support email? This is crazy. I am moving to other file shares. Never again extabit.

Their support is crap. If they don't respond in 3 days I am gone. And agree with Cypherz .. no news means nothing there

Happens a lot to me .. I know the feeling! Did it last week, but the reverse .. I woke up at 6:30 in the morning and thought it was at night.. schedule all screwed up! ;-)
