Yes, I would strongly encourage everyone to post their complaints on TRUSTPILOT to make filefactory's shady practices more widely known and hopefully save others from being victimized by their scamming.

Simply not true. I worked with them for years and they never paid on time. I had to repeatedly try to contact them, half of which went unanswered. And now they just don't pay at all. They don't pay their regular customers, they steal from ALL their customer.

It appears FF has once again stopped paying affiliates. Was told on Dec 11 that my already delinquent payment would be sent within a week but over a month and a half later still no payment and no response from further messages.

Well I just got paid by FF. I've worked with them for years now and while there have been a few bumps in the road they continue to be one of the most dependable long term hosts around.

I have been a FF affiliate for years through many ups and downs and SEVERAL late or delayed payments, but now it seems you have stopped paying completely. I have payments pending since November last year and despite several support tickets (most of which get ignored) I have still not been paid.
