There are few seedboxes that offer cheap monthly plans... check out the Hosting -> Other section of WJ. There's a company offering seedbox for as low as $6/m.

There are several plugins you can try that does this for you. One of my favorites is Social Media Widget: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/social-media-widget/ But there are plenty more, search the plugin directory to find'em.
