    Machar Uload didn't use PayPal, and the frozen funds aren't with Paypal. The payment processor they did go with (apparently) didn't have a clause like that in their TOS, which is why the lawyers are involved. I'm as disappointed with Uload as many, but let's at least keep the facts straight.

    I understand, which is why I suggested it as an option (long vs short url). I only use it myself to automatically link the download url with the right file name. For now I modified my script to use the forum code text.

    @Ladybbird1 Just guessing here, but when I chose to upgrade my account, I paid w/ Paypal, and didn't get my account upgrade, but rather 10000 points, that I could then use to upgrade. Perhaps the same happened to you?

    @BloodSucker I think you should be careful with the "we". You seem to be the only one posting about slow upload speed. Personally I'm getting 4-5mb/s per thread on all ftp's..

    I can confirm that downloads are now counted. Files that had no counts since 28th, started getting counts earlier today.
