The feds wont do a thing until Megaupload has been sentenced in a court, which will be at least 2 years. They wont go after the other filehosts till then, especially because they dont have the amount of evidence against them as they have against Megaupload. All filehosts are in panic mode right...

re: Oron is stalling so they can try to sell their forums (pornbb, forumphilia etc). If they abandon their affiliate program completely those forums loose traffic and loose their value.
