They probably have a rotation of premium accounts daily. So you'd need a couple for each site so if one stops working you can start using another.

I'm not sure how the sites it's taking it from works. But if I am correct it would be taking video's from a premium account and show it to you. The profit margin is greatly dependent on the views and ads you show.

Sadly this isn't a very great alternative to getting better ram.
