why not just build a simple filesharing site? there are tons of free script about there. Just get a reliable server and you are good to go.

It's been a while since i get to this kind of work.. at this time where do you guys get content to upload in Url or remote upload such as movie files? do you just get a premium account to another network and upload here? hope someone helps thanks
