Not a problem when unpredictable things happen, nothing is perfect, everyone is enough understanding, problem is when customer is not informed about it and is waiting many days like crazy for service to work correctly, and trying to get explanation from support but nobody responding. Be honest...

Impossible to relax, 5 days waiting and losing money every day because of this delay, but even worse than waiting is their non response to the support tickets, they are not fair, you cant sell something you do not have, but look on their site, - you will not find any 'out of stock'...

Ok, no problem, but it wold be nice to inform the customer about that, or maybe you have another configuration with some additional payment, or, if you have not any servers maybe you can refund the payment, and we will order it when available. This 'too long wait' way only makes customer angry! :)
