Dreamhost - Been with them for 5 years, started with normal hosting then went to VPS. Fantastic support with very fast response times.

A few more details would help.

1) Keep it as short as possible 2) A picture speaks a thousand words so include images 3) Keep it as none technical as possible (not everyone is a computer geek) 4) Use plain English (If technical terms are used then explain them) 5) Give a summary (quick description) at the end :)...
