It's very difficult to get accepted for this program, without the views/subscribers. There are more profitable ways of using YouTube alongside Facebook and generic SEO tactics - good luck :)

It very much depends on how many of links you have in total. If it is a new site, and suddenly 1,000 links from one site appear then it may trigger some alarms!
