I noted one problem, sometimes itgets disconnected during transloads with some particular files. is this the problem ?

My new VPS hosts public rapidleech and after an hour of server reboot the site stops loading. I left it like that for more than 10 hours now and no user is using the site, but still the cpu is at 100% usage and all this usage is from php-cgi process. I can't figure out why this is happening...

I tried lighttpd on kloxo (im using kloxo as control panel) but it seems to have no effect. I noticed that php-cgi process is consuming 99% of the CPU. Any suggestions ?
