You can remove it, you should setup some log rotation.. 14GB of logs is never good.

You will need to contact your provider to allow iptables on the VPS, you cannot do this without root to the OpenVZ node.

I would suggest you look into lighttpd or nginx, nginx prefered, since it's much better at handling connections then lighttpd. setup mysql, nginx, tune the mysql for low memory, maybe introduce some disk caching on static content (if running wordpress) We have clients running setups like this.

Leaseweb by far has the best datacenter in europe.. evoswitch has one of the best connectivity i've seen.

Kloxo doesn't support Nginx defaultly, you can use lighttpd though. We use it on our kloxo servers, a few php modules like ssh2 dont work with it however. Though if you want to manuall add domains to nginx everytime its created in kloxo, that can work.. but its extra work if you ask me.
