A little off-topic, but still under the VPS section: What's the difference between VPS and Dedicated server? (Yes I'm a newb, so please explain carefully) Does it have something to do with VPS being shared and Dedi being private? Oh, and if yes, does 100mbps connection on a Dedi really mean...

Well, it's much easier to explain when I can attach a photo, but okay, I need a script hooked up to my FTP server where I have files. I then need to be able to enter the names of the files in so the bot starts uploading the files at my command only. MUCH easier to explain when I get to PM...

Guys, I'm not talking about a conversion process. I know it's not possible to magically convert an image into a .PHP file. I'm not stupid. Of course I want someone to build the site from scratch. I thought I was clear :/ sorry.....

Straight to the point: I have a .PNG image of a site I need to recreate (the original site is down now), but with minor adjustments so they don't look exactly alike. I need a web coder to create the scripts in .PHP, not HTML, however, few PHP skills (a few is appreciated) is needed...
