I get a slightly different screen, I get Visa, Visa Mastercard 2, then the rest are the same like yours. I don't have Visa, but when I use the Visa Mastercard 2 I get the "system is in maintenance" every time I try, and I've tried over several days, and it sends me to the resellers.
