I did and still show 0 result how???

Theres something wrong with Rapidgator because of result download and show still 0 result download. Can you expain me why 0 result. But i can see how they downloaded my files because i can see a lot IP from bitly site and still show 0 result on rapidgator download. Please explain me why...

I have checked on my filecrypt and there a lot downloaded but on rapidgator showed 0 results download. Whats wrong with rapidgator?
