How long are the files stored on your server ( I still haven't been accepted as a trusted member, not sure why) so for a non-trusted member how long are the files stored?

I have been having issues with the Remote Upload lately. Sometimes when videos are uploaded via the Remote upload API, the API returns the wrong File ID. Please fix this, some of the uploads are now showing 404 page.

Why is the Remote Upload API so hard to use lol... First, requesting an ID after adding a url to remote upload API, then using that ID i have to find the video ID? to top it off, all videos uploaded remotely are display, so how am i supposed to pick out the video ID among so many others... Why...

I am sorry, but this service has slow speed, API isn't working as it's supposed to be, really disappointed. Hope it's fixed soon else am forced to move on to another video host.
