i wouldn't agree with you, plesk is very easy to adminster & cool for end users but transition in head from cpanel to plesk is hard to bare- webitos

cpanle-plesk i would go this way 1. backup databases usually at "/var/lib/mysql" 2. backup all e-mail & settings - depending on what are you using (qmail, postfix, exim) 3. backup all www data from all domains- webitos
