Second review update (bug solution problem): Since the script is using js, you should disable any plugin that minify javascripts: Autoptimize, W3 Total Cache, Wordpress Tiniest Super Cache - these 3 plugins are in conflict with the submitter. In my opinion you should disable the plugins...
