Does imagehyper break out of frames.?

Hi Where is the best places forums or dumping sites to post Imagetwist galleries. I know of gallery-dump (18+). What other. I can see on the net that some people gets over 10.000 views to the images a day. So I would like to learn how to do that. Thanks for any help.
