Recently I started having a problem with all my computers. I cannot access many sites for example: Name WesternDigital and many more... I can access them using a proxy. Is this fixable? If so, how?

okay, i got it working, by searching the error in the vbulletin official forums. turns out that the problem was cause my mod_security, and I just had to add something into my .htaccess file in my root directory.

i am uploading into my FTP as the root user.

no, I dont have a .htaccess file in my admin folder. I tried doing a clean reinstall, and I still get the same error.
