Hmm for a 3 TB you would be stretching your budget quite a bit. Most companies charge anywhere from 15.00 - 40.00 per TB upgrade after the cost of the server. Is your maximum budget 50 Euros?

Do you require offshore for this server? As private torrents do not matter on most networks. Also I think you could get a Dual Server with 4GB or even better for the cost of 50 Euros :). US or EU
