I'm still waiting for the response in support ticket too. It's been more than 24hours already when i opened a ticket :(

This is unacceptable! So much time offline without any support. Opened a dispute on paypal. If your servers went offline, YOU must update your users about the real situation. I thought crunchost was a great ans stable hosting company, but as far as i can see, this host had too many weak sides...

Lucky me, because i did a full site backup on 08-07 and downloaded it. I would like to stick with Crunchost, but if they can't/won't inform us about the real situation, i (and i believe most of us) will move to another host. So please, keep us updated.

Don't expect wrzhost support to come online on live chat quickly. As i remember their support were slow in the past, but i bet, there is nothing changed

Problem was on the hosting server misconfiguration. Moved to other hosting company and problem- resolved :) Thread can be closed now.

Got a refund from them, so they are not running anywhere :) By the way here is a message, which i got to my e-mail from Scopehosts:

With such crappy support this company has no future... I am sick of throwing my cash to the trash bin. Yesterday i saw such message on scopehosts forum: I sent him a message on 16/06/2011 10:47 asking to move my site to other server. Guess what? Still no answer :facepalm: Moreover they still...

Yep, server is down and no one is answering damn tickets. Now it's been a full week, but still i have the same problem and can't see any improvement in support...

But everything works perfectly for me, submitting news, editing, etc... Except admin panel.

My365host was one of the best host out there. But now it is one of the worst. From that day, when XE technology solutions bought my365host, it started to suck. Xe solutions moved all my365host users to their server (which is slow and less powerful), ping is few times bigger than it was, and...

Take a look at my365host.com I have my site at this hosting for almost a year and never been disappointed neither about uptime nor about support.

Nevermind ;) Just agreed with perfect Sandino offer. So i will stay with my365host. In my opinion, it's best or one of the best price/quality hosting. I can say so, because i'm almost a whole year with it and probably never faced big downtime :) Thank you all, who tried to help!
