Always pay with a credit card man, that way you are 100% guaranteed a charge back if you are not happy with the service, a sites TOS are meaning less to your credit card company, they will not have their customers bullied and ripped off.

I have tried to pay though AlertPay with the address you gave and it it says you have not verified your account with them.... Come on man, This is turning out to be more trouble that it's worth I think.....
