Is Remote Upload or FTP working? Cause when i use the FTP its shows incorrect username and password but im 120% sure i put it correctly.. any issues regarding this?

I emailed them so many times but no response at all, last response was December 24, 2012 and then nothing till now. wish they could at least say something. :( :( :(
