so, if you are logged form your pc and rda in the same time you can't download as rpemium on your rda.
can you try logging out from hf on your pc and rda, and then logging only on rda only and see if you can download.
maybe there is limit only the first login ip to be able to download.
change the a records and use namecheap nameservers.

everybody is trying to attract a customer no matter how obnoxious they do it.
But instead users asking for hosting offers every supplier should make a thread on what he is offering.
forget about sharedimages. they are banned on most forums, they are shaving points like crazy and they don't pay the full amount - you pay the transaction fee.
they are simply not worth it.

FTP is the best and fastest method for most file hosts.
file & image uploader is ok for mu cause it give the download links after the upload is done. but it makes to many errors, the uploads breaks up and sometimes the files don't go into your account.
few times after the upload was done...
multiposter is a tool that comes with great responsibility. many "uploader" abuse it. they just spam the forums thinking they would get more download. but they are so wrong. their posts suck so it doesn't matter whether they post it once or 50 times.
if you buy the multiposter instead looking...
