I don't think they provide servers in Germany. However I got a mail recently saying that they will be introducing FR plans soon. waiting for them to be introduced !

Obviously if you want quality you will have to pay the price for it. However I can suggest rdaheaven/rdpmatrix in moderate pricing range. they have good quality/price ratio I guess. (Good quality, nominal pricing).

with 20$ you will get a cheap ass encoding server. what matters to me is HDD speed. SSD/SAS would do great. CPU is also important. budget around 30-35$ and the one I suggest is rdaheven.

Here is a screenshot of the demo speeds which I had tested. I was doubtful as to whether I would get 2Gbit speeds but then this cleared my doubt. :) Couldn't capture the best but this is what I got. Order Placed.

Thanks for the demo. Got great speeds with upload and download on EU based hosts about 60-70 MBPS which is great. RAR- uNrar is also very fast. Download a torrent from IPT and it was blazing fast. I like your service. Will order soon.

So you are the only honest one reviewing we all are liars right? The price is what I mentioned because I ordered when the hadn't updated their prices and the base price for 200GB for $16 with a discount. The service and support is exactly what I mentioned it is which is quite good.
