Have had this message on many of my files for well over two hours, not 'minutes'. Error! This server is in maintenance mode. Refresh this page in some minutes. What is realistic time to resolve ? Thanks in advance for your attention.

Site has been down for a half hour; no home page, no links work. This is a couple times already this week. My users have to have a reliable connection or they go elsewhere. Thanks in advance to fix again.
