HF pays out, but it's recently gotten worse for uploaders since they are banning a LOT of IPs (many uploaders have a slow home internet connection and use remote servers to do their file transfers; HF has banned most such IPs).

Maybe you get 2k FP for every 8k PP you generate, but I don't; my FP go up slowly.
